Appendix III - 神圣洁, 教会也必须圣洁

附录III。我跟刘彤牧师试图通过马太福音18:15-17沟通和解不通只好告诉教会的电邮记录:

February 16, 2015 (only to Pastor Liu Tong)

Pastor Liu Tong,

As a believer in Christ Jesus I formally and privately ask you to make amends for the following actions against me according to the process defined in Matthew 18:15-17.

On December 22, 2012, I sent you a letter as you asked, requesting your help to investigate Yuan Zhiming’s rape against me in 1990 and maybe others. In February 2013, I and three staff came to visit you at your church in CA. We brought books, DVDs, even medicine for your flu, however, the way you treated me in front of Pastor Jocelyn were deeply hurtful and unacceptable as a senior Christian pastor. You said you wound not investigate this matter because Yuan was your friend, you had meals with him and his wife once every month, you trusted him.

When Brian Lee, our then Executive Director took on his own initiative to email you a few days later and urged you to investigate, you again rejected his request.

Recently your speech and teaching further defamed me by your dishonest account on why I involved you in this matter. It was not because that you did not do as I asked, it was because you did not investigate this important matter at all. http://www.rolcc.net/rolcc/mediasync/prayer_meetings/20150114.mp3

So I ask you to apologize for your actions in public to me for the following actions:

·      Your rejection and refusal to investigate Yuan Zhiming’s crime in 2013 as Yuan’s ordination member, and as my senior pastor through Jocelyn;

·      Your recent inflammatory comments about my pursuit of justice and transparency, implying me as the “enemy’ that causes division and destruction of church and of God’s work;

·      Your dishonest statement to cover up your decision to not investigate saying instead you did not do as I asked;

·      Your role if any in Yuan’s ordination committee to stonewall our church community’s request for investigation;

·      Your role if any in the June 24th 2014 meeting with Yuan through Pastor Jocelyn and through Yuan;

·      Your role if any in ordering and encouraging Jocelyn or Xu to publish their meeting notes without my permission, review and corrections. Their actions broke two laws.

I look forward to your immediate response.

Pastor Liu Tong,

I trust you have seen the report from the 18 Pastors’ investigations: https://www.cclifefl.org/View/Article/3900

With all these additional cases against Yuan’s sexual violence, I urge you to make a public apology immediately, as the Lord commanded us: “Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in their guilt.” Leviticus 19:17. Matthew 18:15-17 Step II second time.
