Recently, our team has been blessed to receive several testimonies of God’s healing and grace in China. We are excited to share these stories as testaments to God’s faithfulness, and we celebrate these victories in Christ. This story is from one of our workers in China, Brother Ge:

They found her sitting alone in a dark and messy room. She looked isolated and lonely, as if the dirty place had...

In a remote rural village belonging to the Miao (Chinese ethnic minority) people, lives a beautiful 21-year-old woman named Mrs. Ting. Mrs. Ting is not a novice when it comes to dealing with troubles -- she has faced hardship since the age of two. However, one encounter with Jesus forever changed her grave demeanor and gave her an entirely new outlook on life. Although Mrs. Ting has endured misfortunes, she is now a living example of Psalm 30:5: “Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.”

I am 21 years old, and the first 14 years of my life were spent in a prison -- a prison of sexual abuse by my birth mother, father, older brother and several other family members.  Every day I feared for my life. Once, some cousins did report the situation to protective services, but I was too afraid to talk. My family's abuse, brainwashing, and threats left me voiceless. I had nobody to speak for me. I was desperate for a real...

On one outing to find mothers and daughters, a few of our workers went through an outdoor vegetable and meat market, and there became acquainted with a woman, Ms. Wei (above), who ran a public toilet. These marketplaces are busy centers for all walks of life to congregate, bustling with shoppers, motorcycles, carts, children, dogs, and thieves. Rows and rows of makeshift platforms covered by fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, and meat create narrow passages slick with mud, oil, and blood. A toilet in this area is not somewhere anyone would like to hang around, and is usually operated and cleaned by the poorest people in the community. Yet it was amidst such a desperate place that a truly inspiring story began....

It was a rainy day at Ping’s village. Surprisingly, when our worker Sister Cao stepped into Ping’s house (above), the rain did not stop. Instead, it trickled down from the ceiling onto the dusty cement floor, onto the clothes which Ping had left to dry, and onto the bed where Sister Cao would sleep that night. Looking up, she could see the sky through the holes scattered across the ceiling, which itself was nothing more than a web of fragile wooden logs and rusty metal sheets. The interior of the house...

The injustice of China's One-Child Policy has gone on long enough. It's time for us to walk in Jesus' freedom and together see the least of the least — China's girls and mothers — restored to life, value and dignity in Christ. It's time to simply love HER, in Jesus' name — the aborted baby girl, the abandoned daughter, the trafficked child, and the abused mother.

When Brother Wang, an All Girls Allowed worker, came to visit Ma and Luo, they were amazed to learn about the love of Jesus. They were parents of and older child and the newborn daughter, and had just moved to a new town in order to provide a better living for their children.

Ma and Luo soon placed their hope in Jesus and began joining in Bible studies at Brother Wang’s church. Brother Wang told us that their joy was palpable, their faces filled with peace. Ma experienced success in his business, too—a blessing from the Lord.

Then hardships began and put their faith to the test. First, Ma’s motorcycle broke down repeatedly and left him without a means of...
