ALl Girls Allowed's Baby Shower Gift Program sends workers into some of China's poorest villages where the gender ratio is sometimes as bad as 170 boys to 100 girls.
Workers offer a monthly stipend to mothers who agree to keep their girls. The money provides for the babies' needs, shows the village that daughters are valuable, and brings love and dignity to their mothers.
